Healing of the Healers – Mental Health Literacy Workshop
Kshamata, in collaboration with Kindled Spirit and De Montfort University (UK), conducted a Mental Health Literacy Workshop titled ‘Healing of the Healers’ from 24th to 28th February.
This highly interactive five-day session engaged our team in role-playing, personal reflection, games, sharing, and demonstrations, fostering deep learning and self-awareness. It provided a safe space to open up about personal challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and enhance mental well-being—both personally and professionally.
At Kshamata, we believe that supporting others begins with taking care of our own well-being. This workshop strengthened our team’s resilience, self-care practices, and understanding of trauma, equipping them with tools to better serve the women we empower.

Super 50 Felicitation
On March 8th, International Women’s Day, Kshamata proudly honored the remarkable women who have taken bold steps towards independence. A special felicitation ceremony was held to recognize the achievements of women from the Super 50 Project, who successfully completed their training, as well as those who have established and are now successfully running their own micro-businesses.
The Rotary Club of Queens Necklace Mumbai (RCQNM) played a key role in supporting these women on their journey to financial independence. Their collaboration has been instrumental in providing essential skills and livelihood opportunities. During the event, the RCQNM team was present, appreciated the women’s resilience and trust in Kshamata, encouraged them to continue their progress, and extended their best wishes for a successful future. They also took the time to listen to the women’s experiences and addressed any challenges they are facing.
