Kshamata works with women and adolescent girls who are victims/survivors of exploitation and gender-based violence, including those trafficked, to enable them to become respected and productive citizens. This is done by providing ongoing counselling, life skills education, job readiness/work preparedness, appropriate vocational training and various livelihood options, arrangements for accommodation (where needed), and continued follow-up and support for reintegration into society.
